Rooted

in me

I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia—a vibrant country in the northern part of South America. For those who may not know much about it, Colombia is a truly magical place. I often describe it as a lush land filled with forests, wild birds, waterfalls, and the tiniest yellow butterflies you can imagine. It’s a country where magic can be experienced with all five senses, all the time. Bliss seems to be around every corner, and joy is woven into the laughter of its people.

What I admire most about Colombians is their ability to navigate even the most difficult or unpleasant moments with resilience and humor—they truly have a gift for laughing through life’s challenges. It’s an inspiring and beautiful part of the culture.

Originality

is a return to the Origin.

~Antonio Gaudi.

If you’ve ever watched comedy, that’s a glimpse into what it’s like to live in Colombia. Of course, not everything is idyllic—Colombia has its challenges, and not everyone approaches life with laughter and joy. There are individuals who may cause harm. Yet, it is in this vibrant and complex environment that I truly learned how to live in bliss and extend love to those in need, even in the face of adversity.

I am proud to share that I had the privilege of living in Colombia for many years, experiencing its magic firsthand—something many might only dream of doing later in life (wink)!

A significant part of what I offer is guidance on how to cultivate your own daily sense of bliss. I am deeply and eternally grateful to the ancient native culture in Colombia for teaching me this wisdom and for giving me the ability to share it with people all around the world.

EDUCATION

Beyond my upbringings, I have the education and experience that have equipped me with the tools to help myself and others through a fulfilled life. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching, most progress towards a Masters in Special Education, and I am certified as a Master Professional Coach. I also have experience in the education and coaching fields for over 10 years.

I have worked as an Elementary School teacher, teacher aid, and coach in Colombia and in different public schools in the state of Minnesota, US. I am grateful to all my students, mentors, and coaches throughout the years who have helped me grow and expand myself beyond limits!
